I was so impressed with the quality of this rolling pin! My daughter and I love to bake cookies for the holidays so I bought this to add a little more fun this year. My kids are obsessed with rolling pins right now. This one is beautiful!! The embossed/engravings are perfectly cut and arranged on the roller. They are deep enough that it really does emboss the dough! We haven't made cookies yet, but used it on my chicken pot pie crust to test it out! It worked perfectly. It has a very nice weight to it (not too heavy, but heavy enough that you know it is quality!) I highly recommend!
